Brad Pattison ‘Training’ Methods
Just a couple updates on Brad Pattison threat of legal action. It appears there is no further steps being taken by them but at this time I would like to add some more information about Brad and his methods for all of you to see. If you employ his methods or watch his show I recommend googling him and finding out as much information as you can on some of the methods he uses.
Oh and here is a copy of the letter sent to me by his Lawyer

I was hoping that Ken Rosenthal was the same Ken Rosenthal from Fox Baseball, but apparently it’s a different person….Too bad.
It’s my understanding that if you post things that are true, you are not defaming anyone. How can someone who has been *filmed* slapping and yanking dogs consider it defamatory when someone else brings that hideous conduct to light? Is he saying that it wasn’t him in those videos?
This is a different lawyer and different legal firm. 2 years ago BP and his lackies went after a group of people as well. The lawyer at that time was a man named Joe Ettigson and he (under a false name) joined an anti BP group, took screen shots of statements being made, then attempted to sue people. Too bad Brad, the truth hurts, doesn’t it!!!
Well, I am am a long time critic and journalist for a number of major publications, and I am fully within my rights should ever decide to write a review of Pattison’s publicly broadcast television program or programs. Of course, if his team wants to sue a multi billion dollar corporation that owns any of the journals I write for, go ahead, make my day. For now, though, just as Positive Reinforcement training requires for any dimwitted incompetent in any area of public life, at least where dogs are concerned, I’ll just ignore him. In any case, it seems his program is no longer being broadcast, at least here in the Boston area, so it’s a moot point.
